MandyB - This is so exciting – not only going organic, but buying locally* grown foods and ones that are farmed in a sustainable manner – is a great goal! You and Eric are such adventurous, creative eaters, I’m sure you’ll have no trouble coming up with menus – even in the winter (though you may never want to eat squash again if that’s all you eat this winter).

I just changed laundry detergent and got some of the Mrs. Meyers brand (Lavender scent) – I used to use the 7th generation brand, but I like the scent of this one – thought you might too!!! And… the price is comparable to that of non-eco-friendly brands!
