Tom’s Goes Delicious (smelling)

I have been a Tom’s of Maine deodorant user for… well, honestly longer than I can remember. I think my mum bought me my first stick quite a few moons back and I’ve been a devotee ever since. For years, I’ve switched between Original and the Calendula scent; and, while Original is supposed to be non-scented, notions of Fruit Loops always seem to pop into my head upon its use. But recently, to my delight and surprise, a best girlfriend of mine (and fellow Tom’s addict:)told me about the new Tom’s deodorant scents! Yippeeeeeeeee! You better believe I made my way to Target ASAP! (Well, to be honest, I tried Trader Joe’s first but they didn’t have the new stuff!) Anyway, I was astonished at what I found sitting before me on the shelf: Lemongrass, Apricot and Lavender. * THANK YOU TOM! * I stood there for quite a while, opening and closing stick after stick, trying to choose the ‘right’ one. I ended up going with Lavender—no surprise to me, as it has been my scent of choice lately for other nonsense-ish things. The checkout boy must have been confused as to why my purchase of toilet paper, deodorant and dental floss made me so happy, as I told him it did, but he obliged and pretended to share my excitement with me. And, post-use—this scent doesn’t dissappoint! I actually feel like this stick works better than my last; maybe because it’s newer, maybe because it’s supposidly ‘long lasting’…or maybe it’s the lavender? All I know is I’m happy to have finally graduate from Fruit Loops.
